Access to the property sites (tracts E, F, G, H, I, J) includes utilizing the existing County Road 189 frontage as well as the new construction of a 4000-foot private road within a 60-foot easement. Access to tracts (A, B, C, D) is off of County Road 199 and 2400 linear feet of a new private road, also within a 60-foot easement.
To visit the property, go 2 miles North of Mullin, Texas on 183. Turn right by the Carlisle Real Estate and Cattle Company sign on County Road 189. After traveling 2.5 miles, the property will be on the left off CR 189.
Rolling terrain is present through-out Oak Ridge Ranches. There exists an interesting combination of cover including large Pecan, Elm, Live Oak, and Cedar trees scattered throughout the property. Pompey Creek, a seasonal creek, traverses throughout the property and provides cover for many types of wildlife. Two cultivated fields, approximately 60 acres total, could be food plots for wildlife, or livestock. Planting sunflowers or small grains would attract wildlife and game birds, including doves.
