Dave Willard grew up in Portland, Oregon where he developed a passion for the outdoors. The beautiful Northwest provided incredible opportunities for hunting, fishing, camping, and hiking from childhood through his college years.

After graduation from Oregon State University, Dave headed to Texas where he focused on providing complex enterprise software solutions to AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Comcast. His leadership skills, consultative approach and focus on customer success were key to developing trusted advisor relationships with C-Level Telecom executives.

He brings these 30 years of experience to his real estate clients planning to sell or purchase ranches or recreational-lifestyle properties in the Texas Hill Country. Each client receives an exceptional level of personal service, provided with integrity, honesty, loyalty, and confidentiality.

Dave lives in Dripping Springs, Texas with his lovely wife Carole. They are the proud parents of two amazing children, Mark, and Brooke.
