Susan is a Broker Associate with Texas Ranch Brokers, LLC heading up the Country Homes Group.  Her area of expertise is the marketing and pricing of homes on acreage.  Susan is a third-generation real estate professional and both her parents as well as husband, Drew have all had or have their own real estate firms.  Susan began her real estate career in the Horseshoe Bay area marketing luxury real estate and later co-founded Circle C Ranch Sales, a successful and highly specialized real estate marketing and investment firm.

What is something you would be surprised to learn about Susan?  Prior to starting her career in real estate, Susan worked in the Oil & Gas Industry working for Cameron/Schlumberger.  During her career she executed dynamic marketing and pricing strategies designed to maximize competitive sales and total returns.  Her experience ranged from Sales, Project Management, Marketing Management and Strategic Pricing Management.   Susan wanted to better service her customers’ needs so she worked on several offshore drilling rigs as a field service trainee working on Cameron’s Pressure Control equipment.  Now that’s dedication to the customer!
